Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are handmade and packaged with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. During sales or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Domestic (U.S.) orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and location.

  • Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

International Orders
At this time, we only ship within the United States

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier once shipped. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. If you need assistance, reach out to us at allthingsrosemetics@gmail.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
